New Object Desktop subscription says invalid in 30 days

I currently have an up-to-date subscription to Object Desktop
(Stardock Central shows that it is current until May 19, 2007), and
Stardock Central keeps telling me it will no longer be valid past 30
days. This happens each time Stardock Central logs into the server.

Stardock Central Registration for Object Desktop tells me that it will
not expire until May 19, 2007. I know this is correct, because I
purchased a completely new subscription around May 19th of this year.
I have all necessary paperwork (both printed and email copies of my
purchase confirmation from Stardock.)

If you want screen shots of my Registration in Stardock Central, I
will send them, or put them in news//news.stardock.sdcentral.binaries

I really don't want to post my Registration key in a public newsgroup,
though.

This needs to be fixed.

Please tell me how.

Been there, done that. No satisfaction.

I also emailed Stardock Support. Still waiting to hear back from
them.

It's been a while since I emailed support but IIRC you got an
auto-response very quickly.

Did you get that? If not then it's likely they don't know about your
problem. The email they have on file as yours might be out of date etc.

Once you get the auto response READ IT! It used to mention something
like: if they don't get another response in 48hours the issue will be
considered resolved, so you have to contact them again to verify your
problem is still 'alive'.

There's also a knowledgebase at http://www.stardock.com/support/ that
may let you do some self-help.

Above all DO NOT post your registration details in any forum!
