Libraries not working?

Hi,

When i choose skins and themes, i see that they are found new files
and so on.
But when i choose then libraries, i dont' see anymore libraries.
When i choose expand that doesn't help, still no libraries.

Anyone else having this problem or knows a solution for this?

I see that in the setting os SDC are also no more libraries then the
updates library?

Are the libraries down?

I have been having a lot of problems since yesterday, too, especially with
installing suites. For example I can right-click and "Save Target As..." but
when I use ThemeManager to install the suite there's some sort of
Internet/server problem and the .suite file ends up getting corrupted.
